Do I have to come to the office for an appointment?
In addition to face-to-face appointments in our Kings Heath office, we also offer telephone or video call appointments.
What documents do I need for my appointment?
Typically, we would ask a customer to provide us with identification, proof of income and bank statements ahead of their initial meeting.
These can be uploaded to your profile on our client portal which will be shared with you when you make your appointment. However, a more specific list, based on your individual circumstances, will be provided to you once you have booked your appointment.
How much do you charge?
Our mortgage fees range from £249 – £500, our typical fee is £499, the initial consultation and sourcing of a mortgage is free, with fees becoming part payable on application.
There is no fee for Protection Insurance – such as life assurance, critical illness and income protection.
Can I get a mortgage if I’ve got bad credit?
We understand that not everyone is going to have a perfect credit history and we have many lenders that will consider customers who have had issues with their credit in the past.
How do I access my client portal?
When you become a client of Eaton Mortgage & Protection Ltd, you will automatically be invited to register for our client portal. You will receive your invite via the email you have provided us.
We advise all clients to bookmark this portal for easy access.
You can click the link below and this will direct you to your login page – you will need to input your email address and password which you set up at registration.
Are you regulated?
Yes we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, our FCA number is 804700
How will you treat my personal information?
